Master of Management

This Master of Management (MM) programme is primarily designed for a diverse student population including recent as well as experienced graduates from Management as well as non-Management areas. Leveraging a blended learning approach, the MM programme aims at introducing students to the management of organisations and developing transferable knowledge and intellectual skills which are keys to successful management of the private and as well as public sector organisations. The programme provides students an access to an appropriate higher degree programme in Management. The MM Programme will be taught in English on a full-time (one and a half years) and a part-time (two – four years) basis, beginning August of each year.

Programme Structure

The Master of Management program will be offered in two different formats to suit the varying needs of students. The total credit requirement to graduate with the degree is 52 modular credits. The students can earn these 52 credit hours either in the full-time mode in 3 semesters or in the part-time mode in up to 5 semesters. Students would need to successfully complete 7 core modules (4 credit hours each) and 6 optional modules to graduate (4 credit hours each). A part-time student normally takes at least 8 modular credits and not more than 16 modular credits in a semester. In general, students would need to earn the credit hours as shown below:
