PROGRAMME INFO AND GRADUATION REQUIREMENT
The master programmes involved in UBDSBE Life Long Learning are Master of Business Administration, Master of Economics, Master of Islamic Finance and Master of Management.

The programme is designed to provide studentswith in-depth understanding, leadership qualities, cutting-edge skill sets, industry connections,advanced knowledge, and real-world experience. |
To qualify for the award of the degree, students are required to pass and accumulate 48 modular credits, comprising of 12 core modules and3 elective modules |
Master of Economics |
The programme equips students with the skills needed to practice as a professional economist or relevant positions in the business world in banking, insurance and investment to those in academic settings, government agencies and consulting organizations. It also provides a foundation to undertake further study at the PhD level. |
To qualify for the award of the degree, students are required to pass and accumulate a total of 40 modular credits. That is, 16 modular credits of 4 core modules (including an Academic Report) and 24 modular credits of 6 optional modules. |
Master of Islamic Finance |
The programme aims to impart knowledge on intrinsic Islamic values and ethics, providing a comprehensive view of Islamic finance, and the skills relevant to the practice of Islamic finance in the current era of globalisation. |
The programme comprises of 12 modules, which consist of 9 core and 3 optional modules. The credit requirement to graduate is 48 modular credits: 36 modular credits of nine core modules and 12 modular credits of three optional modules. |
Master of Management |
Designed for both recently qualified graduates and experienced graduates from a relevant discipline, the aim of the programme is to develop transferable knowledge and intellectual skills of graduates which are keys to successful general and strategic management in private or public sector organisations. |
The credit requirement to graduate is 48 modular credits: 20 modular credits of five Core modules, 20 modular credits of five Specialisation modules; and two optional modules or a research exercise (8 modular credits). |

ENTRY REQUIREMENT
Applicants must produce evidence of their English Language proficiency proven by at least a credit 6 English 'O' Level (or equivalent to 6.0 IELTS) or 550 TOEFL. Under the life long learning programmes, applicants taking any module as a non-graduating module may be exempted from the degree requirement stated below on a case-to-case basis, subject to relevant working experience.

Master of Economics |
A Bachelor's degree with Honours in Economics or in a related discipline from Universiti Brunei Darussalam or a university or institution recognized by the Senate. However, subject to the possession of a bachelor's degree, this condition could be relaxed for experienced applicants after determining that they possess the necessary skills to successfully complete the programme. |
Master of Islamic Finance |
A Bachelor's degree with Honours in relevant discipline at the Second Lower Class or better from Universiti Brunei Darussalam or any university or institution recognised by the Senate. |
Master of Management |
A Bachelor's degree with Honours in relevant discipline at the Second Lower Class or better from Universiti Brunei Darussalam or any university or institution recognised by the Senate. |
