Master of Management
Programme Overview
This Master of Management (MM) programme is primarily designed for a diverse student population including recent as well as experienced graduates from Management as well as non-Management areas. Leveraging a blended learning approach, the MM programme aims at introducing students to the management of organisations and developing transferable knowledge and intellectual skills which are keys to successful management of the private and as well as public sector organisations. The programme provides students an access to an appropriate higher degree programme in Management. The MM Programme will be taught in English on a full-time (one year) and a part-time (two – four years) basis, beginning August of each year.
Study Format and Credit structure
The duration of the programme is normally 12 months (2 semesters) for a full-time student and 24 months (4 semesters) for a part-time student.
A student must accumulate a minimum of 48 modular credits to qualify for the award of the degree, made up of 28 modular credits of core modules and 20 modular credits of option modules.
What will you Learn?
This programme builds core management capabilities in strategic management, accounting and finance, innovation, project management, international business, and research/data analytics, while allowing students to tailor their learning through optional modules such as entrepreneurship, marketing, digital transformation, leadership and change, corporate governance, people management, and operations management.
