- For government agencies, please submit your department's approval and purchase order (PO) to the Secretariat of ICBEF. An invoice will be issued by Tabung UBD with the account number thereafter.

No-show and cancellation policy
- All accepted papers must be presented at the 3rd ICBEF 2021, either by the authors themselves or via proxy. If a paper is failed to be presented at the conference, it shall be deemed a ‘no-show’.
- Substitutions must be coordinated with ICBEF 2021 committee via email. A confirmation email, noting the changes, will be sent to the requesting presenter.
- No-show papers will be excluded from post-conference publication, e.g. the ICBEF 2021 Conference Proceedings.
- Authors of no-show papers wishing to appeal the no-show status of their paper must appeal by email to the ICBEF 2021 Secretariat no later than seven (7) days after the start of the conference and must provide evidence to demonstrate that their absence was as a result of forces beyond their will and control.
