Submission of abstract

The abstract should be no longer than 500 words, including references. It should briefly introduce the topic of the research project; give about the research problem and/or the objectives; indicate the methodological approach planned/used for tackling the research problem; present the main findings (if any); and, present the main conclusions. The submission of abstract to the conference must be sent by email to icbef.sbe@ubd.edu.bn

Submission of full papers and extended abstracts


Full Paper

It can be either empirical, conceptual or working paper. Empirical papers should include: (1) title, (2) author, (3) abstract, (4) research background, (5) literature review, (6) research methods, (7) result and discussion, (8) conclusion and (9) references. Conceptual papers should include: (1) title, (2) author, (3) abstract, (4) research background, (5) literature review, (6) discussion, (7) conclusion and (8) references. Submission papers should be no longer than 8000 words, including references and 5 key words (to be written in words document, using double-spacing, font size 12 and Times New Roman). Referencing style must be made using the Harvard reference system.

Extended abstract

The extended abstract should include (1) title (2) author (3) introduction/research background (4) literature (5) methodology (6) discussion (7) reference. Extended abstracts should be no longer than 2000 words, including references and 5 key words (to be written in words document, using double-spacing, font size 12 and Times New Roman). Referencing style must be made using the Harvard reference system.

Before submitting, please ensure that (1) the submitted paper or extended abstract has not been previously published or is not under simultaneous review elsewhere; (2) you warrant that the paper is not an infringement of any existing copyright and will indemnify ICBEF organising team against any legal breach of such warranty. All submitted papers will be reviewed on the basis of merit, novelty and practical application. The priority will be given to the submissions that comply with the given criteria as much as possible. The submissions to the conference must be sent by email to icbef.sbe@ubd.edu.bn. Once the paper is accepted, at least one author must register and present the paper at the conference.

Accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings with ISBN. A selection of papers may be considered for publication in following journals (subject to double review and acceptance in accordance with the respective journal requirement):
